Position: Sales Process – Customer Advisor
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
Process: Inbound & Outbound Calling
Working Hours: Between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM (Midnight), with rotational shifts
Salary: Performance-based. Earnings depend on calls handled, orders/sales, and overall performance. Some advisors are earning up to ₹30,000/month.
Job Responsibilities: Handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, following up with customers, and converting leads into sales/orders.
Targets: Performance and sales targets will apply as per the process.
Eligibility: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Work Requirements: Laptop/desktop, stable Wi-Fi/internet connection, good-quality headset with microphone, and basic computer & communication skills.
